"Terry Zwigoff is making a film of Dan Clowes' excellent Art School Confidential comic strip, a scathing denunciation of the poseurs and weirdos you find at art school. I haven't heard of the leads, but with John Malkovich, Anjelica Huston and Jim Broadbent in support, this is already looking pretty damn good."
Glad we can now criticize the institution of the contemporary art college without sounding like Brian Sewell. Similarly, we can now like Heavy metal without seeming ironic.
Hopefully, one day I can profess my penchant for hard drugs without giving the impression that I actually take them.
